Kavvu End User License Agreement and User Safety Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and ROTADEMI BILISIM TEKNOLOJILERI YAZILIM VE DANISMANLIK LIMITED SIRKETI ("Developer", "we", or "us"), not Apple. By selecting the age confirmation and acceptance control in Kavvu, or by downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kavvu (the "Licensed Application"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to this Agreement. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not use the Licensed Application.

1. License scope

Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This Agreement applies to updates and services supplied by Developer unless a separate agreement accompanies them. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Licensed Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Adult-only service and account responsibility

Kavvu is intended only for people aged 18 or older. You must provide truthful eligibility confirmations, protect your account and device, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. Anonymous presentation inside a game does not make activity untraceable to the service: Developer may retain the identifiers and snapshots reasonably necessary to operate safety controls, investigate reports, enforce this Agreement, and comply with law.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Developer has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not create, submit, solicit, promote, or share content that is threatening, harassing, bullying, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, pornographic, violent, self-harm-promoting, illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, privacy-invasive, personally identifying without permission, spam, or otherwise unsafe or abusive. Sexual content involving minors, grooming, credible threats, and instructions facilitating serious harm are strictly prohibited. You must not impersonate others, evade sanctions, manipulate reports, or encourage another person to violate these rules.

4. Content moderation and filtering

User answers may be sent to OpenAI's moderation service before they are accepted. Automated filtering can make mistakes and is not a guarantee that all objectionable content will be detected. When the moderation provider is temporarily unavailable, content may be posted and remain subject to user reports and later review. Developer may reject, hide, preserve for investigation, or remove content, and may restrict functionality when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

5. User safety controls

Kavvu provides controls to report and immediately hide an objectionable answer, hide an answer without reporting it, block the anonymous author of an answer, and remove your own answer from the shared game. Blocking prevents the blocked person's answers from being shown to you in supported game flows. These controls are available from the answer action menu. You may also report inappropriate activity at support@rotademi.com. Include enough context for investigation, but do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data.

6. Reports, removal, and enforcement

Developer reviews objectionable-content reports and commits to act within 24 hours. When a report is confirmed, Developer removes the offending content and ejects the responsible user through a 30-day app-wide suspension. Serious, repeated, unlawful, or evasive conduct may lead to a longer or permanent restriction and referral to competent authorities where required. Reports made in good faith do not guarantee a particular outcome. Knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves violate this Agreement. Developer may retain report evidence and enforcement records for legitimate safety, legal, and audit purposes.

7. User content license and removal

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, and remove that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the Licensed Application and to meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is deleted except for limited copies retained for safety evidence, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, or dispute resolution. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it complies with this Agreement.

8. Privacy and data processing

The Kavvu Privacy Policy at https://kavvu.tikilaka.com/privacy explains data collection and processing, including Sign in with Apple, game data, moderation, reports, blocks, sanctions, analytics, purchases, retention, and deletion. By using the Licensed Application, you consent to processing that is necessary to provide the service, enforce safety, prevent abuse, and comply with law, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable rights.

9. Subscriptions and purchases

Eligible hosts may purchase auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices, periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and trial information are presented before purchase. Apple processes payment. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Restoring purchases is available in the Licensed Application. Except where law requires otherwise, billing and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.

10. Maintenance and support

Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance and support for the Licensed Application as specified by applicable law and this Agreement. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. Contact Developer at support@rotademi.com for product support or safety reports.

11. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available." Developer is solely responsible for warranties, if any, that cannot be disclaimed. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the Licensed Application, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and Developer is responsible for other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty.

12. Product claims

Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the Licensed Application fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

13. Intellectual property claims

If a third party claims that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim.

14. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

15. Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application, including your wireless data-service agreement, Apple's terms, and the terms of integrated providers where applicable.

16. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

This license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement. Developer may suspend or terminate access to protect users, enforce safety rules, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. A suspension does not prevent access to the safety-status and account-deletion paths made available by the Licensed Application. You may request account deletion from within Kavvu. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including safety evidence, intellectual property, warranty allocation, liability, and dispute provisions, survive.

17. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18. Changes and governing law

Developer may update this Agreement for legal, safety, or service changes. When acceptance is legally or operationally required, the Licensed Application will ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or region remain unaffected. Except where such mandatory law requires otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Istanbul (Anatolia).
